Our mission is to provide safe, well-rounded aquatics activities that promote fitness, esprit de corps and improve quality of life. As you enjoy our swimming pools and the myriad of swimming related programs we offer, the focus on safety will be evident. We’re very proud of our safety record.
All life-guards and supervisory staff undergo extensive training both formally and in-service. Our employees understand the importance of their jobs and they take their responsibilities very seriously. All of our rules and regulations are intended to ensure the safest possible swimming environment.
We have recently made some dramatic improvements in our facilities; the highlight of which was the installation of the large waterslide at the Silver Wings pool. Top quality activities are the hallmark of our aquatics program.
Adult and youth swim instruction is by far the most popular program offered. Learning the basics is the primary goal, with emphasis on honing skills and improving self-confidence. We train our own instructors, so consistency of instruction is maintained. Recreational activities include open swim, lap swim, get fit/stay fit, unit fitness programs and water aerobics.
