The Aerobic Center is located in the Community Center, Bldg. 700 and is open 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Certified instructors off a variety of aerobic classes including: Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Step, Beginning or Seniors Cardio and Stretch, TBC (Total Body Conditioning), Yoga, plus Group Cycling Classes. All aerobic classes are offered at no cost.
