The Resale Lot is located behind the Bowling Center and Burger King. A non-refundable $10.00 administrative fee is charged per vehicle for each 30 day period. For an additional $5.00 we can also list your vehicle on our website for the same 30 day period. $15.00 total for the service (A lot cheaper than Autotrader).
The Resale Lot is inventoried weekly, efforts to minimize waiting lists are made several times a week. If the lot appears to have open slots, it may be that patrons are using their vehicle or cleaning them, it is rare that we have numerous vacancies. Vehicles left past the due date may be ticketed or removed at owners expense.
All vehicles on the Lot must display a current placard issued by Outdoor Recreation. Only the original vehicle issued a placard (do not swap vehicles) may be placed on the Lot. All motor vehicles on the Lot must maintain current registration, full insurance, and be secured at all times.
Only Department of Defense (DoD) ID card holders or legal age family members with ID cards may use the Lot. If the Lot is near capacity, a 60 day maximum limit may be imposed. If the Lot is full and a waiting list exists, the vehicle on the Lot the longest may be asked to vacate so others have an opportunity to sell their vehicles.
